Mom’s Group This Week: A Self-Care Break Just for You! 💕

Motherhood is awesome, but let’s be real—it’s also exhausting. Between feedings, diaper changes, and never-ending to-do lists, it’s easy to put yourself last. That’s why this week’s Mom’s Group is all about self-care!

Join us on Tuesday, March 26th, for a morning dedicated to YOU (yes, you, mama!). Here’s the plan:
10:15-11:30 AM – Grab a coffee and chat with other moms at Provisions Coffee in Berlin, CT (we’ll be in Community Table Room)
🧘 11:45 AM-12:30 PM – Meet with Molly Weyers at Peaceful and Prenatal Yoga for a short session on movement and how yoga can help you recharge

And the best news is Molly Weyers, of Peaceful and Prenatal Yoga is going to have a raffle and offer discounts for classes to those who come! You won’t want to miss it!

Why self-care matters:
It’s not about spa days (though we wouldn’t say no to one!). Self-care is about small, intentional moments that help you feel like yourself again.
